Baked Salmon Recipe

Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory properties beneficial for skin health.


  • 4 salmon fillets (approximately 150-200g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan oven). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle fresh thyme or rosemary leaves on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Enjoy Your Meal: Serve with steamed vegetables or a green leafy salad.
