Baked Salmon Recipe
Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory properties beneficial for skin health.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (approximately 150-200g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan oven). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme or rosemary leaves on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Enjoy Your Meal: Serve with steamed vegetables or a green leafy salad.
