Pineapple and Ginger Cocktail Recipe

Pineapple nourishes the skin and reduces inflammation thanks to its high vitamin C content and bromelain enzyme. Vitamin C promotes collagen production, enhancing skin elasticity and providing a healthy appearance. Ginger, on the other hand, has strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.   • 1 cup (250 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) grated fresh ginger
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 slice of lemon (for garnish)


  1. Pour 1 cup of pineapple juice into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure the ginger blends well with the pineapple juice.
  4. Add 5-6 fresh mint leaves and stir.
  5. Pour the cocktail into a glass.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
  7. Serve chilled.
