Apple and Cinnamon Cocktail Recipe

Apple is a beneficial fruit for skin health due to its antioxidants and fibers. Antioxidants protect the skin from free radicals and reduce signs of aging, while fibers regulate digestion and support overall skin health. Cinnamon is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and enhances blood circulation, promoting a vibrant and healthy skin appearance. When these two ingredients come together, they support skin renewal, add brightness, and even out skin tone.


  • 1 cup (250 ml) apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or optional sweetener
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice (optional)


  1. Pour 1 cup of apple juice into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey or optional sweetener and mix thoroughly.
  4. Optionally, add 5-6 fresh mint leaves for garnish.
  5. Optionally, add ice.
  6. Stir the mixture well and pour into a glass.
  7. Serve chilled.
