Fish Tacos Recipe

Grilled or baked fish provides omega-3 fatty acids, and whole wheat tortillas offer fiber, making fish tacos a nutritious choice for psoriasis management.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or sea bass)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning or a mix of pepper, cumin, and paprika
  • Salt
  • Corn or whole wheat tortillas
  • Optional toppings: Mint, lettuce, tomato slices, avocado slices, salsa

Preparation:

  1. Rinse fish fillets and pat dry. Marinate with olive oil and taco seasoning or spice mix. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Grill or bake fish fillets until cooked through.
  3. Let fish rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Heat tortillas until warm.
  5. Fill tortillas with fish strips. Add optional toppings as desired.
  6. Serve tacos folded or rolled.

Enjoy Your Meal: Serve with a squeeze of lemon or salsa.
