Baked Chicken Thighs Recipe

Chicken thighs provide lean protein, and herbs offer antioxidants and flavor without exacerbating psoriasis symptoms.


  • 4 chicken thighs (approximately 200-250g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 160°C for fan oven).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Arrange chicken thighs in the dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fresh thyme or rosemary leaves.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
