Watermelon and Mint Cocktail Recipe

Watermelon is an excellent food for skin health due to its high water content and the presence of lycopene.   • 1 cup (250 ml) watermelon puree
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 slice of lemon (for garnish)


  1. Pour 1 cup of watermelon puree into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and mix the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Add 5-6 fresh mint leaves.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
  6. Serve chilled.
