The Effect of Rooibos Tea on the Skin

Rooibos tea, also known as red bush tea, is a caffeine-free herbal infusion that offers various benefits for skin health. Rich in antioxidants like aspalathin and quercetin, Rooibos tea helps protect the skin from oxidative stress and free radical damage, thus promoting a youthful and radiant complexion. Its anti-inflammatory properties aid in soothing irritated skin conditions such as eczema and acne, while its natural alpha hydroxy acid content assists in exfoliating dead skin cells, revealing smoother and brighter skin.
