Oatmeal Facial Mask

Oatmeal deeply moisturizes and softens the skin. Its natural oils and antioxidants nourish the skin while maintaining moisture balance. Regular use of this simple mask revitalizes and softens your skin.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (optional)

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, coconut oil, agave or maple syrup, and mashed banana. Stir thoroughly until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  2. If the mixture seems too thick, adjust the consistency by gradually adding almond milk. You can use milk for a creamier mask, but opt for almond milk for a vegan option.

Application:

  1. Apply the mask evenly to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
  2. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes after fully applying it to the skin.
  3. After the specified time, rinse gently with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
