Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe

Grilled chicken is a lean protein source, and mixed greens are rich in vitamins and minerals beneficial for skin health.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (approximately 150-200g each)
  • 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken breasts on both sides until fully cooked.
  3. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  4. Wash and dry mixed greens. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the greens. Season with salt and pepper, toss to coat.
  6. Arrange sliced chicken and pomegranate seeds on top of the greens.
  7. Gently toss to combine and serve immediately.
