Green Tea and Pomegranate Cocktail Recipe

Green tea contains potent antioxidants called catechins, which provide protection against free radicals on the skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties also help to soothe the skin. Pomegranate juice, on the other hand, enhances skin elasticity with its high vitamin C and antioxidant content, reduces signs of aging, and supports the renewal of skin cells. When combined, these two ingredients promote healthy, vibrant, and youthful-looking skin.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250 ml) chilled green tea
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 slice of lemon (for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Pour 1 cup of chilled green tea into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice.
  3. Add 5-6 fresh mint leaves and mix the combination thoroughly.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
  6. Serve chilled.
