Blueberry Facial Mask

Blueberries, rich in antioxidants and natural acids, moisturize the skin, reduce signs of aging, and add vitality to the complexion.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup natural yogurt (you can use a vegan yogurt alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Blend the blueberries into a puree using a blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer the pureed blueberries into a bowl.
  3. Add natural yogurt (or vegan alternative), organic honey or agave syrup, and coconut oil.
  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.

Application:

  1. Cleanse your face and pat it dry gently.
  2. Apply the prepared blueberry mask evenly onto your face, avoiding the eye area.
  3. Leave the mask on your skin for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry gently.

Allergic Reactions and Precautions:

Discontinue use and consult your dermatologist if you experience any signs of allergic reaction or discomfort during the use of the mask. Avoid this mask especially if you are sensitive to blueberries.
