Psodex Refund and Returns Policy 

At Psodex, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have a refund and returns policy in place for our products.

Refund Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our cream, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by sending an email to info@psodexusa.com. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
  2. The product must not have been used or opened.
  3. The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 10 business days. As a result of our review, it will be decided whether you can get a refund or not.

Returns Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you receive the wrong product, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date by sending an email to info@psodexusa.com. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase.
  3. The request for a return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your return within 10 business days. As a result of our review, it will be decided whether you can get a return or not.

Please note that Psodex will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
