BE MINDFUL OF GENERAL WELLNESS

Stress can come around when you are staring at four walls all the time. Your body looks for ways to send a message of what’s going on and your skin is the first one to react.

Instead, look for healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety so your body doesn’t suffer the consequences. Every day, take time to meditate, move your body, read a book, organize your space, call your friends, watch a movie or do whatever brings you joy to keep a healthy, balanced mind. We know there’s a lot going on but don’t forget to drink water, have a minute or two of breathing exercises and a proper sleep routine. Think of the general things that you should provide your body with and do it with kindness.

Be mindful of your nutrition by including fruits and veggies that are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Take your daily dose of greens and blend them together in a smoothie.
